You can export the tasks in your HubSpot account by creating a report of the tasks and exporting the data in the report.
To export the incomplete tasks in your HubSpot account with associations to your records:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Reports.
- In the upper right, click Create report.
- In the search bar, search for Tasks.
- Click the Tasks incomplete assigned to all reps by activity date report.
- In the dialog box, click Save.
- In the panel, you can edit the Report name and select where you want to add the report to:
- Don't add to dashboard: the report will be added to your reports list.
- Add to existing dashboard: the report will be added to an existing dashboard. To select the dashboard to add the report to, click the dropdown menu.
- Add to new dashboard: the report will be added to a dashboard you'll create. Enter the dashboard's name, and select its visibility.
- Click Save if you're adding it to your reports list, or Save & add if you're adding it to a dashboard.
- In the pop-up box at the top, click Go to reports.
- Hover over the Tasks incomplete assigned to all reps by activity date report, click the Actions dropdown menu, and select Export.
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the export and click the File format dropdown menu to select the file format you want the export to be in.
- Click Export. You'll receive an email with a download link to your export file.
If you have access to custom single object reports, you can create an Activities report that contains the Association properties you want and filter it by Activity type to contain only tasks. You can further customize the report to get the data you want and in the Data tab, click Export in the upper right.
