Troubleshoot common social publishing issues

If you're having issues publishing your social posts through HubSpot, review the different common social publishing issues and the steps to resolve them.
Several common errors that result in social posts not publishing successfully through HubSpot include:

Image rejected | Review your images for the following:

Authorization failed | Ensure that your account is authorized for posting in HubSpot. To do this, connect the account again. |
Third-party network issue | Check that your image is valid and your account is authorized. Once you've done so, clone your social post and publish it again. If you encounter the same issue, you may want to get help with HubSpot. |
Facebook rate limit | Facebook has an API limit. This can affect posting to your Facebook account through HubSpot. If you're encountering this error, we recommend waiting one day before publishing again. This limit will adjust over a 24-hour period. |
Bitly monthly limit hit | This error occurs when the Bitly monthly limit for your account has been reached. To check your account limits, reach out to Bitly support. To resolve this, you can consider the following:
