Manage and review your social posts
Last updated: November 4, 2022
After you've created or drafted a social post in HubSpot, you can return to edit it later. While you cannot edit a social post that has already been published, you can clone the post, make any additional edits, then republish the new post. Learn more about reviewing your published social posts.
You can also delete a drafted or scheduled post if you decide you don't want to publish it or delete a post you've already published.
Please note: you cannot edit or delete an image on a Facebook post you published through HubSpot.

Please note:
- Only posts published via HubSpot can be deleted from the social tool. Externally published posts cannot be deleted through HubSpot and must be deleted directly from their respective platforms.
- Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter posts can be deleted through HubSpot after they are published. Due to Instagram's API limitations, Instagram posts cannot be deleted through HubSpot once published and must be deleted directly on Instagram.
- Deleting a post externally will not delete it in HubSpot. If a post is deleted from the social platform, the post and associated data will still display in HubSpot. Any attempts to view the post on the social platform from HubSpot will result in an error. To remove the post from your social tool, you can delete it in HubSpot as well.
