If multiple users in your HubSpot account work together on a deal, you can add them as collaborators to keep track of those involved. Once a user is set as a collaborator on a deal, they can view, edit, or delete the deal. Each collaborator can also access a default view that lists all deals they're included on.
Deal collaborators don't receive credit for the amount of the deal, so if any collaborators need monetary credit, you should add them to a deal split (Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise only). Within a deal, users can be included both in a deal split and as a collaborator.
Users with Super admin permissions can turn on deal collaboration in the deal settings.
Once deal collaboration is turned on in your settings, users with Edit deal permissions can add collaborators to a deal. Users automatically gain view, edit, and delete access for any deals in which they've been set as a collaborator.
