You can export ad campaign and ad set data for the ad accounts you've connected to HubSpot.
Please note: you cannot currently export data from your Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, or Google keywords.
To export your campaign data:
- Make changes to the ad account, date range, attribution report, or status filters as needed; filters set on your dashboard will also apply to the export file. The file will include all available metrics.
- In the upper right, click Export.
- In the dialog box, configure the details for your exported data:
- Select which data you'd like to export:
- Campaigns: export data from all Facebook campaigns, Google ad campaigns, and LinkedIn campaign groups.
- Ad sets: export data from all Facebook ad sets, Google ad groups, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Enter a report name.
- Select a File format for the report.
- Click Export.
- You'll receive an email from HubSpot in your inbox. In the email, click Download, then save the file to your device.
