Users with Account access permission can customize the time zone, language, currency, and date and number format of a HubSpot account.
A user can also customize their personal language, date, and number format from their profile settings.
The account time zone setting localizes several of your HubSpot tools, including scheduled email sends, scheduled social media messages, and analytics.
Please note: some elements of HubSpot use the time zone set in your computer instead of the time zone set in HubSpot. This includes timestamps for logged sales activities, record timelines, and property history.
To change the account's time zone:
You can customize the language, date, and number format for new users. Users can then update their personal settings to override these settings, if necessary.
